Hey there notaries! One of the biggest headaches starting out as a newbie loan signing agent is knowing the unspoken rules or trying to decipher the written ones. Printing loan docs by "PDF size" is a term you'll read when you accept electronic documents. Documents must be printed by size and not shrunk to fit the page - this way the font stays the required 10 pt or larger.
